Having trouble finding out about benefits? You are not alone. Older adults face major obstacles in gaining access to local, state, and national benefits.
The Lehigh Valley Alliance on Aging, with local support from your United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, has teamed-up with the National Council on Aging to make finding and securing benefits possible for more than 114,000 older adults in the Lehigh Valley. In six short years, we have already screened 5,544 people! Why aren't you one of them?
Through a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL service called BenefitsCheckUp, older adults can now screen themselves for more than 1,000 federal and state benefits in the privacy of their own home through the Internet.
