According to a recent study by AARP, for a "significant minority", including many people with low incomes, older adults and people with disabilities, driving their own automobile is not an option. Generally speaking, some of these people can use public transportation, but many need to depend on friends and family to get them to their necessary appointments.  Even more frightening, many of these people never leave their homes because they do not have access to transportation!  The Lehigh Valley Alliance on Aging is tackling this issue to help you get the transportation you need!
